  1. It’s amazing how silence usually means “is something wrong” to a lot of us, especially if your mothering little ones silence usually means one thing-lol!! I watched video first and still have to read but just taking the moments you took in the video made me focus and there was a calm to it as well, I can see that when it’s practice how it can bring peace and stillness into the moment and day, again thanks Starr for doing this!

    1. Exactly! I won’t forget her doing that in front of a crowd of women and remembering even what a few seconds felt like. So strange. So foreign. So needed!!!!

  2. Starr, you get this from me. I don’t stay still very often by choice, my mind is constantly going and I am happiest “doing”. My favorite stillness is something I already mentioned-sitting on the beach listening to the waves. I have found myself in the car lately with no radio on, just me and God. I will have to practice more intentional stillness.

    1. I’ve been doing the no radio thing too! I drove in silence for a long while today to give this some practice and it was very nice. Refreshing. And you start recognizing more too!

  3. Where is Pam? I am praying for her and her precious family! My heart breaks for their current circumstances. Praying for healing for her husband and peace for Pam! I miss your comments, Pam!
