Day 22: Prayer Fleece

Today’s Reading:
Day 22 / Prayer Fleece (pages 123-128)

My ah-ha from today’s reading:

“She wasn’t sure what it meant, but she couldn’t shake it. It kept her company during the day and kept her awake at night. Her friends assured Anna that she was making a difference right where she was, but she knew there was something else, something more.”

Have you felt like this before?

I have.

That thing that stirs your soul. You don’t know why, you don’t have all the answer of how, but it never leaves you alone.

You’ve given excuses of how you don’t have enough time, or enough talent, or enough skills, or enough money…or (insert whatever excuse you’ve given most recently here).

Still. It lingers.

I can tell you from recent experience – the more you share that thing with someone else, the more real it becomes. The more you believe it can actually become reality – more than just a dream.

Tell someone TODAY.

Just do it. Talk about it. Speak life to whatever it is that God is birthing inside of you.

Then, grab a piece of paper.

Start jotting down words that bring your passion to life. Draw circles. Draw boxes. Draw ideas of how to get started. Keep that paper handy where you see it often, don’t let the vision get put back on the shelf.

Figure out who in your life can help you get there. Start talking to them and asking questions.

The more you talk to others, the more they can help you get there.

God has birthed something incredible inside each and every one of us. It’s not too late for you, friend.

Want to share your thing? I’d love to hear your thing and help you any way I can!

  1. I’m at the point in my life that I wonder how many years I have left to do all that I want to do. I hope God lets me live a very long time so that I get to do more for Him.
