Day 50: That’s a WRAP & Merry Christmas

OKAY – don’t shoot me for sending this out to you late at night 🙂

Today marks the end of our Interrupted study. Wooooohoooooo!

I can’t tell each one of you how very thankful I am for you walking along this journey with me.

As I drove home tonight, I kept thinking about the title:
“WHEN JESUS WRECKS YOUR COMFORTABLE CHRISTIANITY”

Anyone else feel completely wrecked????
And how ironic to end THIS book the week before Christmas! I had no idea how it would impact my life the way it has and how my thinking would totally change.

I am seeing those around me differently. I’m starting to pay attention more. I have so much to change in my life. And I’m sure I won’t get it right very often, but I sure will make more of an effort than I ever have before.

I pray that you are changed. I pray that you think about the words, the message.

And don’t worry – if you haven’t finished, take your time and let it soak in – it’s SOO worth it.

My original plan for this last day was to send out a short survey asking your input about the study, what you might like to study in the future and to plan for another book in February…

BUT – I seriously can’t handle one more thing at this moment.

AND – you probably don’t have the 5 extra minutes to take the survey.

SO – if you don’t mind, you’ll receive just one more alert/message from me on here after the new year. I’d love for you to share with me your thoughts and suggestions. And I would love to have you join me again someday!

Thank you again, and Merry Christmas to all!

And to all a good night 🙂

~Starr

  1. I am in for whenever you want to do this again. And if I can help let me know.

As I’ve said many times, I have been challenged reading this. And in a good way. This is one that I will be rereading. Just to absorb more of the details.

Related to getting behind a couple of times… my lesson for me here is to buy the ebook also. There were so many times I would want to read and even have.l the book with me. But just couldn’t have the book out. 🙂

Starr, you have been a great leader! Thank you for taking me on this journey!

Love you! Merry Christmas! Give my love to the family (blood and church)!
